Digital Assistance to Villagers

In today’s digital age, accessing government services and important information often requires the internet and basic tech skills—resources that many villagers still lack. Our Digital Assistance to Villagers program is a step toward bridging this digital divide by offering free support and guidance to rural communities for various online services.
Digital Assistance to Villagers

Through this initiative, we help villagers with:

  • Applying for government welfare schemes and subsidies
  • Downloading and linking Aadhaar and PAN cards
  • Accessing health, pension, and ration services online
  • Booking appointments for vaccination or healthcare
  • Setting up digital payment methods like UPI and mobile banking
  • Understanding and using mobile apps for daily needs
Our trained volunteers set up help desks in villages and also provide on-site assistance, ensuring that villagers don’t have to travel far or pay agents to access essential services.
This program not only solves immediate problems but also creates digital awareness and confidence among the rural population. We aim to empower people with the knowledge they need to navigate the digital world independently—so they are no longer left behind in this fast-moving era.
By making technology approachable and useful, the Tara Devi Computer Educational Society is planting the seeds of digital empowerment in every home it touches.
In many villages, even educated individuals struggle with tasks like filling out online forms, downloading certificates, or using mobile apps for government schemes. Our volunteers not only assist with these tasks but also teach the process step-by-step, ensuring that villagers learn by doing. This hands-on approach encourages self-reliance and reduces dependency on paid agents who often exploit those unaware of digital systems.
We also organize awareness drives and group sessions in community centers, schools, and panchayat halls to promote digital literacy. These sessions introduce villagers to important topics such as online fraud prevention, digital privacy, cyber hygiene, and safe internet usage. Our goal is not just to assist once but to leave behind knowledge that benefits families for years to come.
